Delivery is based on size and weight of the art piece. This will be calculated on checkout

This will depend on your location, size and weight of your art piece 
 
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following timeframes:

      
United Kingdom Next Day Delivery: 1 working day.
United Kingdom Same-Day Delivery: Within 1 working day.
Northern Ireland: within 2 working days.
Ireland: within 2 working days.
Europe: within 5 working days.
United States: within 5 working days.
Rest Of World: 10 working days
 
It’s an Urgent order?
If you would like your order delivered on a specific date, then simply add a note to your order. We will do our best to meet your delivery date
 
Same-day Delivery
Unfortunately we do not offer a same day delivery. If this is a stock item , and you are happy to travel to collect then please contact us
 
Next Day Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery when you order by 1pm on stock items. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day and will arrive the following day. Please note any orders placed on bank or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Click & Collect
Free Local Pickup
You can collect your order same-day for free from our Birmingham or Leicester Showroom if it is a stock item. Simply Choose Click and Collect at checkout and contact us to arrange this.

 How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 
We are sure it is going to be love at first sight but if for any reason if it doesn't work out, you can return it for a full refund. Simply return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please note personalised and custom orders are non-refundable. 
You can return it using a courier of your choice. We recommend you choose a tracked/insured service. This will be at your cost. 
Please ensure items are in their original packaging with your order reference number 
If the item is damaged upon return, a refund cannot be issued 
 
If you would like to cancel the order before the item has been dispatched from our production house, simply, email us on support@tahminas-arts.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.
For Customised orders a non-refundable deposit is taken at time of order. You can email us at support@tahminas-arts.com to cancel your order, however your deposit will not be refunded
 
I ordered an item on sale. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you return the items within 14 days of receiving them in a resalable condition, you will receive a full refund. Please note any shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Item I received was damaged
We are sorry to hear your item was damaged. All deliveries are insured. You will need to contact the courier to claim for damages
If the order is a print and there are damages in the print, please contact us at support@tahmins-arts.com and we will look into this for you
 
How to amend my order?
 Simply contact our team and we will amend it for you accordingly.

How do I look after my Artwork?
 Rest assured we have you covered. With every item you will receive a leaflet explaining how to look after your artwork. If you still need help please contact us support@tahminas-arts.com
 
Will my artwork be insured?
Yes, all orders are shipped using tracked and fully insured service.
 
How can I place an order?


Placing An Order Online:

You can order online by simply adding your choice of product to basket. 
When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Paypal or credit/debit card. 
All major debit and credit cards are accepted

Order by email:
You can simply send us an email with the artwork you would like to purchase and we can send you the order details accordingly.
 
Customised Order:
For customised orders please visit our Contact Us Page.
You will find an enquiry form.
Please fill this in and our team will be in contact after receiving the form to discuss your piece in more detail.

 

 How will I know if I like my customised artwork?

We are very confident in our work and have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee rate. We will send you a sketch of your art piece. Once this is confirmed in writing we will begin painting. We will send you regular updates of the progress of your art piece so if there is anything you would like to change or adjust we can do accordingly . We are sure you will not be disappointed

 

Do you Gift Wrap?

 All our paintings are bubble wrapped thoroughly to avoid any damage in transit. They are also wrapped in Tahminas-Arts wrapping paper. For customised messages on the back of the Canvas , please add a note to your order or contact us @support@tahminas-arts.com


 Can I pay by card?

Yes, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
 
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, we accept payments through Paypal.
